Privacy Policy

What we collect from you

Your email address, optional company name, the trade lines and value filter you choose, a hashed IP at signup for abuse prevention, and send logs. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we store only Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers.

What we do with it

Send the digests you asked for, operate billing, and prevent abuse. We do not sell or share your information with anyone other than our processors (Cloudflare for hosting, Resend for email, Stripe for payments).

About the permit data

The permit records we process are public records published by Miami-Dade County and the City of Miami under Florida's public records law (Chapter 119). We never request or store property-owner names. Contractor business names, business phone numbers, and license numbers appear only as published in the public record. Anyone may ask that a property address, a contractor business name, or a phone number be left out of future digests, exports, and pages using the suppression form; it takes effect immediately for everything sent after the request. Digests and exports already delivered cannot be recalled. Anyone whose address is exempt from disclosure under Fla. Stat. 119.071 may use the same form.
